The Grounded Man is a confident, self-aware man who lives with clarity, purpose, and integrity. He understands his patterns, takes responsibility for his choices, and communicates effectively in his relationships. He is not defined by pressure or expectations—but by how he responds, reflects, and moves forward. This 6-week program is designed to help you step into that version of yourself. This Program Is For You If You: * Are 40+ and reflecting on the next stage of life * Feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about direction * Want stronger relationships and clearer communication * Notice patterns repeating in your life or relationships * Are ready to take action and move forward with intention What You’ll Gain This is not about talking in circles. Week 1 – The Midlife Check-In Step back and assess where you are in life—and what’s missing. Week 2 – Emotional Awareness Understand your reactions, triggers, and blind spots. Week 3 – Relationship Patterns Identify patterns that repeat and learn how to change them. Week 4 – Boundaries & Integrity Communicate clearly, set limits, and build self-respect. Week 5 – Purpose & Values Clarify what matters most and align your life with it. Week 6 – The Man You Want to Be Create a clear direction and commit to your next chapter. Why a Group?
